Can you correct the mistakes in this English formal letter?

the writer is complaining about the condition of their local parks

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about the dirty parks which surround my area. Indeed, I have been living in the borough of Northwark for eight months and day by day the situation is getting worse.

First, I disapprove the fact that there are so few dustbins provided. Consequently, it is not the flowers which grow on the lawns but old tins and bottles! Then, as the paths are not well-drawn, people are used to walk on the 'green' areas, destroying by the way the few plants left. At last, the council agent who is responsible for this park seems to be unconscious of the danger caused by branches ready to fall down.

For all these reasons, I would like you to establish a new, clean plan about parks and green areas. My neighbours and I would like to meet you and suggest some ideas, like to enclose the park with a brand new gate.
